Testing methodology — how Madintouch compares platforms
How Madintouch checks signup, community, messaging, pricing, safety and account deletion — including limits, evidence and verification dates.
A comparison is useful only when you know what was actually checked. Madintouch separates direct observation, platform claims, external sources and internal Mad2Moi data.
1. Signup & onboarding
We check required steps, email/phone checks, data requests, privacy defaults and what a new account can actually use.
2. Community & profiles
We observe visible activity, profile quality and reporting tools. A platform's member count remains a platform-supplied figure unless independently verified.
3. Messaging & real use
Where interactions are part of the test, we assess messaging, limitations, response quality and spam signals. We do not claim a market-leading response rate without a comparable documented sample.
4. Pricing
We record the price visible at the time of testing, renewal terms, paid options and free-tier limits. A price is always time-sensitive.
5. Safety, moderation & leaving
We check visible blocking, reporting, privacy and account-deletion tools. Internal anti-fraud or moderation systems are described as platform claims unless we can independently audit them.

Evidence and conflicts
We distinguish direct observation, primary platform documentation, independent external sources and dated internal Mad2Moi data. Affiliate commissions are explained on our affiliation page. Mad2Moi belongs to our ecosystem, so its relationship with Madintouch must be disclosed when it is recommended.
Updates
Platforms change at different speeds. We publish a real verification date when possible rather than promise a fixed retest schedule for every page. Report factual errors through our contact page.
