About Madintouch — our editorial line

Madintouch is an independent 18+ media brand founded in 2016. Editorial voices, public method, and a disclosed relationship with the Mad2Moi app.

Madintouch — About us

Freedom to love, freedom to desire, freedom to say no, freedom to change your mind. That is where Madintouch starts: adult relationships without moralising, but never without consent, perspective or responsibility.

Since 2016: a media brand that has changed shape

Madintouch has existed since 2016 and has gone through several forms: community platform, dating blog, comparison site and now specialised media. We would rather explain that evolution than invent a perfect founder story for search engines.

The Alicia voice: personal, not deceptive

Alicia Walker is an editorial pseudonym. She carries Madintouch's main voice: direct, curious, free-minded and attentive to consent. Her tone and cultural universe are part of the editorial persona; diplomas, employers and invented professional achievements are not.

Jules Caylar is also an editorial pseudonym. His voice focuses on communication, intimacy, boundaries and first steps. A persona can have style; it must not manufacture authority.

How we work

Our testing methodology is public on the French site. Structured comparisons look at signup, interface, visible pricing, moderation and safety tools, messaging experience and account deletion. When we publish a test duration or verification date, it should match a real check.

Affiliation, partnerships and Mad2Moi

Some links are affiliate links and may generate a commission. Madintouch may also publish commercial placements. Their commercial nature should not be hidden from readers.

Mad2Moi is part of our ecosystem. The app was founded in 2020. We may recommend it, but we should never present that recommendation as if Mad2Moi were fully independent from Madintouch.

Numbers change

Member counts, prices, review scores and content counts are dynamic. We avoid freezing them across seven languages without a source and a verification date. For live reviews, we prefer linking to the current source rather than displaying an old score.

Read public reviews on Trustpilot.

Consent and safety

Consent must be free, contextual, reversible and respected. When we discuss a platform's moderation or safety, we distinguish between what we observed, what the platform states and what an external source confirms.
